We honour the Australian Consumer laws. These provide you (the consumer) with guarantees that cannot be altered or cancelled. If for example, you bought something from us and found the same thing cheaper elsewhere or just changed you mind about it, you are not entitled to a refund. If however, the item you bought was not as described or in some way different from the one advertised, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement with the correct item. We offer a conditional 'lifetime guarantee' on our canvas prints and restoration prints. Ask at the time you leave your old or damaged photo with us for details of this offer.
We accept Credit Card, Paypal, Cash, Money Orders, and Bank transfers. The credit cards we accept are limited to Mastercard and Visa.
Yes! We have a very lucrative affiliation program you can apply for here.
Restorations usually take at least a week. We can be more accurate once we see the job. Canvas prints, three days. Digital enlargements from digital images mostly same day service. Delivery time will vary depending on the shipping method and destination, but generally, your products will arrive in three to seven business days (Australia wide) and between 21 and 30 days the the USA or Great Britain.
We are a 100% on-line business. Should you need to phone us, please limit the calling times to between: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

We ship anything we restore, make or sell within Australia. Some items (such as restorations and calendars) we will ship to the US or Great Britain but please ask before assuming.
We use high-grade 256 bit encryption to secure all transactions.
You will receive your tracking number via email as soon as it becomes available. Your tracking number will also be listed in your account. Tracking results should start to appear after the shipping carrier picks up the package from our warehouse.

How to send photos or art for copy or restoration.

The best way to send by post is to use 'bubble wrap' and a postal box obtainable from the Post Office and many Office stationary stores. Just be sure you can't shake it and hear it float around in the box before sending it. If its just the picture (no frame) sandwich it between two boards and use and 'overnight satchel' (from the Post Office)
If you would prefer, you can pack it securely in bubble wrap, send us your address or the address it is to be picked up from and we'll arrange for our courier to collect it.
We offer a pickup and delivery service to our agents. We are happy to extend that to pick up your restoration job and return it if you are in the Brisbane area.
